Youth/Business Enterprise Centre Build

The St Patrick's site was purchased last year by the NDC.  The purpose of this project is to redevelop the site and produce a purpose built Business Enterprise Centre and Youth Facility to provide a permanent replacement for the facilities currently operating out of the former Eburne School, on a short lease with the City Council, and at The Venny, which is to be demolished as part of the regeneration of the area under the wider masterplan implementation proposals.

This project is the final part of a 3 stage process, which will be the subject of another application for funds elsewhere, to help provide the capital funding to enable the delivery of a new build facility.
