Project description / summary:  The 2001 NDC Delivery Plan has identified major problems in relation to the environment of the NDC area.  This project fits into the Delivery Plan's strategy for Environment in relation to Traffic Calming & Parking issues by tackling the major concerns of the community. To rectify these problems a comprehensive programme of Traffic Calming & Parking measures are proposed.
