Project description / summary:  The Project will operate from two centres within Riley Square. The existing Employment Centre will be used to provide a comprehensive job brokerage service to NDC residents and others from the surrounding area. The new training centre will be used to spend time with individual residents, and groups raising employment aspirations and achievements.  The centre will particularly seek to engage those "harder to reach" residents.
