1.To reduce smoking prevalence in the WEHM area
2.To provide greater local areas with Quit groups for NDC residents
3.To gather robust data on smoking behaviour and smoke-free status of homes
4.Increase life expectancy
5.Decrease the incidence of smoking related disease
6.Increase the number of smoke free homes in the WEHM area
