Project description / summary:  The project will provide a range of activities for all ages to engage in positive, healthy physical activities. Some elements will be ‘stand alone’, while others will have links to existing projects through voluntary/statutory agencies, including Primary and Secondary Schools throughout the WEHM area and Henley College.

The extended project will offer exercise for older people in WEHM sheltered housing, while the walks will take place in the green spaces throughout the area
