End date: 2004/05

Project Lead: Phil Stanley

Lead Organisation:   Whitefriars Housing Group

Project description / summary: A project that employed teams of trained people to conduct observation operations against targeted areas and individuals.

It aimed to gain sufficient admissible evidence against offending persons to ensure successful actions can be conducted either through the criminal courts, via anti-social behaviour or tenancy enforcement legislation.  The project operated in such cases where the evidence was not able to be obtained in any other way due to various reasons such as fear of repercussions.
