Project description / summary:  The project will use NDC funding to work in partnership with local schools, community centres and the PCT to reduce the levels of obesity, overweight and sedentary behaviour of residents in the NDC area. The project will adopt a holistic approach to tackling obesity and will focus on engaging with the whole family in an intensive manner to offer sustainable improvements in healthy eating and physical exercise.
