Project description / summary:  The project will fund the NDC Neighbourhood Services Core team for the next 2.5 years of the programme and ensure that there is sufficient capacity to deliver the overall NDC vision and aim and to maximise community benefit.  The team will project manage,  lead, be involved with and deliver on a number of key objectives including Moat House Community Trust, Neighbourhood and Leisure Centre, MasterPlan and the capital asset agenda.

The Core Team consists of the posts of Head of Development and Neighbourhood Services, Neighbourhood Services Manager, Assistant Neighbourhood Services Manager (Community Safety and Liveability) and the Capital Projects Officer. The project will also make a contribution towards the staffing costs fo the Performance and Commissioning Team and Administrative Team.  The project has provided Job descriptions.
