Project description / summary:  This project employed a full time academic Lead Evaluator and a part time academic Project Director to evaluate the progress of the NDC scheme.  The project contributed indirectly to all the outcomes by assessing the impact of projects and the programme as a whole enabling the Partnership to make changes or improvements to its programme of work to ensure that it is capable of achieving the outcomes in the delivery plan.  The project also provided training and employment opportunities by encouraging residents into higher education.
