Are you a healthy weight, what is a healthy weight,
why should we try and maintain a healthy weight?
We are bombarded with information about losing weight and the right foods to eat; it all gets a bit confusing
One body one life is a free programme of gentle activity sessions and healthy eating workshops, it delivers at various venues in the NDC and offers residents the chance to make real healthy changes to their lifestyles.
As part of the course everybody receives a free body MOT so that you can see the changes the course is making to your health, body shape and weight. You will also receive a free health diary that contains handy tips on healthy eating and exercise as well as recipes. Please contact:

What we do
Our main aim is to make the sessions fun and interactive. Our lifestyle coach runs weekly exercise sessions, which gently improves fitness and includes activities such as uni hoc, basketball, netball, football, rounders, aerobics and dance.
To compliment this, our nutritionist runs weekly sessions on healthy eating where you will receive individual advice, have an opportunity to sample health foods and get practical advice on how you can cook healthily on your own.
A new activity time table will be updated soon.
Please call Marsha Towey on 024 7683 2442 to find out what courses are available.
