What is the IAPT service?
The Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme aims to make it easier for people to get in touch with psychological services in the NHS. The confidential service provides advice, information and a therapy service for people who feel stressed, anxious, low in mood or depressed. You can contact them by phone or in person and talk through the issues you feel are important and so they can be addressed.
