Hate crime
Hate crime is defined as any crime or incident motivated by prejudice or hate, and includes crimes based on race, disability, sexual orientation and faith.
If you have witnessed, or been the victim of, a hate crime, by reporting an incident you give information needed to help tackle hate crime by supporting victims and bringing perpetrators to justice. Information will only be shared with other agencies, like the Police, social landlords and others if you give your permission.
How to report Hate Crime
If you suffer of witness Hate Crime, you can report it to the Police or any of the independent reporting centres around the city.
