Project description / summary:  The establishment of the NDC Physical Environment Theme - Housing, Environment, Leisure and Transport (HEAT) who will work in developing and building environmental projects and co-ordinating the implications of other projects to ensure the NDC programme achieves the greatest social, economic and physical regeneration impact.  4 staff will be appointed, one as the Environment Programme Manager, two as Project Development Officers and one as an Admin Support Officer.
