Project description / summary:  Provide an additional Grounds Maintenance service to the WEHM AREA.  Clear rubbish and cut down excess vegetation (shrubs/grass/weeds) from communal areas and void gardens.  Assist the elderly/disabled/disadvantaged residents with "heavy" garden maintenance.
