Project description / summary:  A key part of NDC should be that lessons should be learnt throughout the programme, and individual projects, that will then shape, influence and impact on the mainstream – consequently a strategic evaluation is vital. The Project will contribute to the programme's ability to achieve delivery of programme outputs and the WEHM vision statement by providing quality research and evaluation information to inform decision making, and by increasing the involvement and sense of ownership of local residents in the regeneration of their area.  It will involve residents in research undertaken and enable residents and staff to evaluate the impact of themes and projects thus making residents participants in programme decision-making.  A continuous assessment of how well Coventry NDC is delivering is essential to a strong robust forward strategy for any future successor bodies.
