There are plenty of opportunities to brush up your skills or to start training for new skills. Sometimes it is a case of refreshing your skills. Other times it could be you need to learn more about using computers, reading and writing or being more confident with numbers. 

Sometimes there is a short training course designed to lead to particular jobs.
